Our service fees are non-refundable once the application process has been initiated with the relevant authorities.

3. Government Fees

Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable as they are collected by government entities and cannot be recovered.

4. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Cancellation before application submission to authorities
• Duplicate payments made in error
• Service not delivered due to CSPzone error
