Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when fees paid to RAS Corporate Advisors L.L.C for CSPzone are refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Because we offer both professional services and a software subscription, different rules apply to each, as set out below.

02Professional service fees

Professional service fees are the fees for our done-for-you services, such as company formation, licensing, visas, tax and compliance.

• Full payment is required in advance to begin work.
• Once the process for a service has been initiated, professional service fees are non-refundable, because our work, time and third-party costs are committed from that point.
• If you cancel before we have started work on a service, we will refund the professional fee for that service, less any costs already incurred and any non-refundable third-party charges.

03Government and third-party fees

Government, free zone and other authority charges are paid to third parties on your behalf. Once these have been paid to the relevant authority, they are non-refundable and are outside our control, regardless of the outcome of an application. Any refund of such charges is subject entirely to the rules of the authority concerned.

04Platform subscription fees

Subscription fees are the recurring fees for access to the CSPzone platform.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
• Subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; we do not charge you again once you have cancelled.

05Free trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel before it ends and pay nothing. This gives you the chance to try the platform before you commit.

06How services are delivered

CSPzone services are delivered digitally and through our platform. Professional services are delivered as described in your quotation or engagement, and platform access is delivered as soon as your subscription is active. Documents we produce for you are made available in your account.

07How to request a refund or cancellation

To ask about a cancellation or refund, contact us at info@cspzone.com with your account or invoice details and the reason for your request. We will review it against this policy and respond within a reasonable time.

08How approved refunds are paid

Where a refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method used, in UAE Dirhams. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Any bank or payment-processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
