Subscription Terms

01Introduction

These Subscription Terms apply to your subscription to the CSPzone platform, provided by RAS Corporate Advisors L.L.C. They form part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

02Plans and features

CSPzone is offered on subscription plans, each with its own features, usage allowances and price, as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. We may add, change or retire features over time; where a change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.

03Free trial

New businesses may start with a free trial of the platform, as described at sign-up. During the trial you can explore the platform before you pay. When the trial ends, you choose a plan to continue. If you do not choose a plan, your account simply pauses and your data stays safe.

We may change or withdraw trial offers at any time.

04Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the billing cycle you choose, monthly or annual. Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).

• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the end of the current cycle, your subscription renews automatically for another cycle of the same length, at the then-current price.
• Payment. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment and billing details accurate.
• Taxes. Prices are shown VAT-inclusive in AED where applicable, and your tax invoice breaks out any VAT separately.

05Upgrades and downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your subscription settings.

• An upgrade takes effect immediately, and any difference in price applies from that point or your next cycle, as shown at the time.
• A downgrade takes effect from your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.
• When you downgrade, please make sure your usage fits within the lower plan's allowances.

06Usage allowances

Each plan includes usage allowances, for example the number of invoices, quotations or agreements you can create in a billing period. Allowances reset each period. If you need more, you can upgrade to a higher plan. We may apply reasonable measures to enforce allowances and to keep the platform fair and reliable for everyone.

07Price changes

We may change our subscription prices. If we change the price of your plan, we will give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue. Continuing after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.

08Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period.
• It will not renew for the next period.
• You keep access to your plan's features until the period ends.

09Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10Failed or overdue payments

If a payment fails or is overdue, we may retry the charge and may suspend or limit your access until payment is made. We will contact you before taking action where reasonable.

11Your data on cancellation

Your data remains yours. After cancellation we retain your account data for a period so you can reactivate, then delete or anonymise it in line with our Privacy Policy and our legal obligations. You can ask us for a copy of your data before it is removed.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is significant, take reasonable steps to notify you.
